Brass Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and three different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and two meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).

The latch’s back plate measures 2-1/16″ tall, 1-5/16″ wide and projects 2″ from the surface of the window. The surface mount keeper measures 2″ tall, 9/16″ wide and projects 7/8″ from the surface of the window. The first mortised keeper measures 2-1/8″ tall, a total of 1-3/4″ deep, and mortises 1″ x 1/8″ into the jamb and the second mortised keeper measures 5/8″ x 2-3/8″ x 1/16″.
