Iron Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and two different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and one meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).

The latch’s back plate measures 2-1/8″ tall, 1-1/4″ wide and projects 2″ from the surface of the window. The surface mount keeper measures 2″ tall, 9/16″ wide and projects 7/8″ from the surface of the window. The mortised keeper measures 2-1/8″ tall, a total of 1-3/4″ deep, and mortises 1″ x 1/8″ into the jamb.
