Solid Brass Ball Bearing Hinges - steeple finial in multiple sizes
These hinges are made from solid brass, polished to a high shine and lacquered to prevent immediate tarnishing. The ball bearing helps to prevent the solid brass hinge from wearing down when used on heavier doors. They are sold as pairs (two hinges per package) and come with screws.
Two sizes are available, 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" and 4"x 4". Both sizes feature five knuckles with two ball bearings. 3-1/2" hinges have three screw holes per side, while 4" hinges have four.

Small Brass Door Bolts can be used for interior doors that require a locking function (ex. bathrooms or bedrooms) where the door is flush with the casing. This bolt measures 3-3/4" long and 1-3/8" wide, stands 1-1/4" tall from the surface of the door, and throws 10/16". The keeper measures 7/8" long and 1-1/4" tall.
Shutter Catches. These typically mount at the bottom of the shutter and latch to the sill of the window. These can only be used when you can open your window and access the rear of your shutters. The set comes with one latch an one catch, you will need two sets for each pair of shutters. Both pieces are made of cast iron. We recommend you prime and paint these before installation and screw them in with a screwdriver by hand, not with a drill. These do not come with screws.
The rustic iron pull handle is made from cast iron and powder coated in a black finish. It measures 9-5/16" x 1-1/2" at the rear and projects 2-1/2" from the surface of the door. It has an offset handle - going slightly to the left or right of the back plates- depending how you mount it. It can be used vertically or horizontally. We have even had clients use these as hand towel bars in their bathrooms and kitchens.

These hinges are made from steel with plated finish in either polished brass, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel or polished nickel. They are sold two hinges per package. The following sizes are available:

This hinge is a 5 knuckle hinge with removable pin, featuring three screw holes per side of hinge. Ball finials measure 1/2" in diameter. This size is good for door thicknesses up to 1-3/8" or larger windows and cabinet doors. They come with #9 x 1" Screws in the same finish.

Iron Window Y's are used when the sash no longer stays up on it's own due to damaged or missing sash weights and balances. They mount to the jamb at about the level you want your window open and with a loose screw will pivot in or out of the way of the sash. The bottom of the sash is held up by the v shaped section, with the short end facing the exterior of the home.
The Y measures 2-5/8" long, 2" at it's widest point, and 1/4" thick. It is made of cast iron and painted white.
The iron Victorian pull handle is made of cast iron and powder coated in a black finish. The back plate measures 18" x 3-1/2" at the tallest and widest points (3" wide at the narrowest point). the pull handle itself is 13-1/2" from tip of finial to tip of finial and projects 3-3/8" from the surface of the door. This pull would be impressive on a set of barn doors, on a double door, or used as a hand towel bar in your kitchen or bath.
Iron Transom Latch can be used in conjunction with pivoting transom hinges and would mount on the bottom rail of the transom, with the strike plate being mortised to the bottom of the transom's jamb. The latch is operated by pulling up on the loop at the top. (one of our clients suggests mounting a hook to the top of a broom stick to avoid getting on a stool.) The latch measures 2-1/8" wide, 1-1/4" tall, and 5/8" deep (with the loop standing 1-3/8" deep). The strike plate measures 1-3/4" wide, 1-1/2" deep, and mortises 1-3/4" x 3/4"x 3/16" into the jamb. It is made out of cast iron and painted black.
Iron pivot hinge for transoms include one hinge- the pin side and the receiver side. You will need to order two in order to do one sash. These are made of cast iron and left unfinished.

Iron Knuckle Sash Lock is meant for use with double hung windows. The lock comes with two pieces, the latching part, and the receiver which gets overlapped. These were found on most double hung sashes in New Orleans that predated the 1910's. The base of the latching part measures 1-7/8" x 13/16". The base of the receiver measures 1-7/8" x 3/4". It is made of cast iron and painted black.
Iron Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and two different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and one meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).

Iron Bat door Knocker measures 2-3/4" wide, 9-1/8" tall and projects 1-5/8" from the surface of your door. It attaches to your door with two wood screws. This knocker is a replica of a knocker from one of Mr. Ricca's properties on the corner of Burgundy and Governor Nicholls streets.

The pin is removable for ease of hanging. There is embossing on the face of the hinge. The pattern of the embossing is in a floral Victorian style.

The embossed kick bolts in the brass finish are made from solid, cast brass. The embossed kick bolts in the powder coated black are made from cast iron. These embossed kick bolts are designed to go at the bottom of the stationary door, shutter, or window when there are pairs of doors, shutters, or windows. We highly recommend you use these with a chain bolt (or top bolt) to prevent warping of your door.

Brass Through Shutter Latch. These solid brass shutter latches are polished and lacquered to prevent immediate tarnish. They are intended to be mortised through the bottom of the shutter and hook to their keeper mounted on the window sill. When open they connect to a keeper mounted on the exterior of the home. These latches take the place of both dogs and slide bolts. These latches are meant for use on shutters 1-3/8" thick or less. Each kit includes the latch, a plate for the rear of the shutter, a keeper for the sill, and a keeper for the wall. One kit will do a single shutter, you will need two kits for each window.
