Iron Ornate Fleur de Lis Bin Pull
Iron Ornate Fleur de Lis Bin Pull measures 4-1/4" wide, 1-1/2" tall, and 3/4" deep. The screw holes measure 2-3/4" center to center. They are painted black.
Iron Knuckle Sash Lock is meant for use with double hung windows. The lock comes with two pieces, the latching part, and the receiver which gets overlapped. These were found on most double hung sashes in New Orleans that predated the 1910's. The base of the latching part measures 1-7/8" x 13/16". The base of the receiver measures 1-7/8" x 3/4". It is made of cast iron and painted black.
Iron Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and two different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and one meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).
The latch's back plate measures 2-1/8" tall, 1-1/4" wide and projects 2" from the surface of the window. The surface mount keeper measures 2" tall, 9/16" wide and projects 7/8" from the surface of the window. The mortised keeper measures 2-1/8" tall, a total of 1-3/4" deep, and mortises 1" x 1/8" into the jamb.
Iron Beaded Oval Knobs and Plates Set. This set mimics what would be found in some of the Creole homes in and around New Orleans. Cast out of iron and powder coated in a matte black finish. It translates nicely when modernizing and updating an older home while trying to maintain the small details that make an older home so appealing. The set comes with two back plates, two knobs, a shaft that connects the two knobs with set screws, and two set screws. These will not work with predrilled doors, but can be made into "dummy knobs" (call for price). This set does not come with any locking or latching device.

Iron Bat door Knocker measures 2-3/4" wide, 9-1/8" tall and projects 1-5/8" from the surface of your door. It attaches to your door with two wood screws. This knocker is a replica of a knocker from one of Mr. Ricca's properties on the corner of Burgundy and Governor Nicholls streets.

Embossed kick bolts- available in two sizes and two finishes
The embossed kick bolts in the brass finish are made from solid, cast brass. The embossed kick bolts in the powder coated black are made from cast iron. These embossed kick bolts are designed to go at the bottom of the stationary door, shutter, or window when there are pairs of doors, shutters, or windows. We highly recommend you use these with a chain bolt (or top bolt) to prevent warping of your door.

Clark Tip Right Shutter Hinge. For a face mount application when mortising a hinge is not an option. Right hinges mount on the left side of the window when looking at the window from the exterior. These work well with use on brick homes or homes with wood casing. They are made from cast iron. We suggest you prime and paint these before installation, and screw them in by hand, not with a drill.

Brass Transom Latch can be used in conjunction with pivoting transom hinges and would mount on the bottom rail of the transom, with the strike plate being mortised to the bottom of the transom's jamb. The latch is operated by pulling up on the loop at the top. (one of our clients suggests mounting a hook to the top of a broom stick to avoid getting on a stool.) The latch measures 2-1/8" wide, 1-1/4" tall, and 5/8" deep (with the loop standing 1-3/8" deep). The strike plate measures 1-3/4" wide, 1-1/2" deep, and mortises 1-3/4" x 3/4"x 3/16" into the jamb. It is made out of solid brass.
Brass Through Shutter Latch. These solid brass shutter latches are polished and lacquered to prevent immediate tarnish. They are intended to be mortised through the bottom of the shutter and hook to their keeper mounted on the window sill. When open they connect to a keeper mounted on the exterior of the home. These latches take the place of both dogs and slide bolts. These latches are meant for use on shutters 1-3/8" thick or less. Each kit includes the latch, a plate for the rear of the shutter, a keeper for the sill, and a keeper for the wall. One kit will do a single shutter, you will need two kits for each window.
