Large Rectangular Foundation Vent is made of cast aluminum and sold unfinished. It can be primed and painted with exterior primer and paint. These are traditionally set into the foundation using cement as a binder. The rear measurement is 14-1/4" wide and 8-5/8" tall. The front measurement is 17-1/2" wide and 11-3/4" tall. The vent recesses into the foundation 3" deep.
Brass Oval Beaded Sash Lift measures 4" x 2" and mortises into the sash 3/8" deep at 2-3/4" x 1-1/4".
Large Victorian Foundation Vent is made of cast aluminum and sold unfinished. It can be primed and painted with exterior primer and paint. These are traditionally set into the foundation using cement as a binder. The rear measurement is 19″ wide and 10-5/8″ tall. The front measurement is 24-5/8″ wide and 16-1/4″ tall. The vent recesses into the foundation 3″ deep.
12 Inch Shutter Slide Bolt. These slide bolts are meant to mount to a pair of shutters in the space between the shutter and the window and function to fasten the shutters during a storm. The back plate, keeper, and straps are made of steel and the bolt itself is made of cast iron. They are powder coated in a glossy black finish.

Brass Transom Latch can be used in conjunction with pivoting transom hinges and would mount on the bottom rail of the transom, with the strike plate being mortised to the bottom of the transom's jamb. The latch is operated by pulling up on the loop at the top. (one of our clients suggests mounting a hook to the top of a broom stick to avoid getting on a stool.) The latch measures 2-1/8" wide, 1-1/4" tall, and 5/8" deep (with the loop standing 1-3/8" deep). The strike plate measures 1-3/4" wide, 1-1/2" deep, and mortises 1-3/4" x 3/4"x 3/16" into the jamb. It is made out of solid brass.

28 Inch Iron Head Bolt is most often used on a double door application and secures the stationary door at the top, it is highly recommended for use with a foot bolt (or bottom bolt) to prevent warping. The bolt measures 28-1/2" tall and the rear plate measures 1-15/16" wide by 6" tall. The bolt tongue measures 7/8" when activated, and is 3/4" wide. The bolt comes with two different keepers, one used when the door is flush with it's casing, and one used when the door is set deeper into its casing. It also comes with two stays used to keep the arm from being pulled from the surface of the door. It is important to note that in order to operate the bolt properly it must only be pulled up or down, never forward away from the surface of the door (this action would put stress on the weld that attaches the arm to the bolt).

Solid Brass Knob and Lever Set with Rosettes. This set mimics screen door and small French door knob and lever sets found in New Orleans. The set comes with one knob, one lever, one circular rosette, one oval rosette, a shaft that connects the knob to the lever with set screws, and two set screws. This set will not work on predrilled doors, nor can it be made into "dummy knobs". It does not come with any latching or locking device.
