1920's Crystal 5 Arm Chandelier
This 1920's Crystal 5 Arm Chandelier has been cleaned and rewired and is ready to hang. It features Pendalogue crystals at the top and tear drop crystals hanging from the baubaches. There are five arms that take a standard base lamp (no greater than 40 watts each). The five shades are original to the fixture, one is cracked. You can choose to leave them on, or hang it without them.

4 Panel Interior Doors
4 panel interior doors come in three varieties:
Queen Anne Bead doors- Traditionally have raised panels with a beaded route done vertically through the center of each panel.
Raised Panel Doors- The most common of the four panel styles, has four raised panels.
Raised 4 Panel Door
Flat Panel With Applied Molding- The oldest of the four panel styles, features four flat panels with molding applied to both sides of the door framing the panels.
Applied Molding 4 Panel Door
Four panel doors typically come in widths from 30" wide to 34" wide, although we do have some others in odd widths. The heights typically start around 79" and go to 90", although we do have some in odd heights. They range in thickness from 1" to 1-1/2".
Most of our doors are made of cypress. They are antique, used doors and will have holes, blemishes and other imperfections. We do offer refurbishment at an additional cost that depends on what needs to be done to the specific door.

6 Arm Italian Brass and Crystal Chandelier
This 6 Arm Italian Brass and Crystal Chandelier is rewired and ready to hang. It features six brass arms, with genuine Beeswax candle covers, wired for chandelier base lamps (no greater than 40 watts each). It was probably manufactured between 1920 and 1935. It has crystal tear drops which refract the light perfectly. There is a crystal spear at the center of the fixture as well as a crystal ball at the bottom. This chandelier has brass acanthus leaves and scrolls.
The measurements are as follows:
30″ wide
33″ tall body with crystal
43″ of chain and canopy
The bottom of this chandelier would hang 76″ from the ceiling, perfect for 12′ or 14′ ceilings.

This Deco Glass 3 Light Fixture will take 3 standard base lamps (no greater than 40 watts each). The shade is a mixture of textured white opaque and clear fluted glass, and has a concentric pattern. The chain and canopy are chrome.

Embossed Kick Bolts
Embossed kick bolts- available in two sizes and two finishes
The embossed kick bolts in the brass finish are made from solid, cast brass. The embossed kick bolts in the powder coated black are made from cast iron. These embossed kick bolts are designed to go at the bottom of the stationary door, shutter, or window when there are pairs of doors, shutters, or windows. We highly recommend you use these with a chain bolt (or top bolt) to prevent warping of your door.
The small bolts have the following measurements:
The bolt body measures 1-7/8 ” wide and 5-1/16″ tall, the tongue sticks out 1/2″ from the body of the latch when activated. The bolt is designed to be operated with your foot, the large button at the top activates it and the small button on the face deactivates it. The bolt comes with two strike plates- one measuring 1-7/8″wide and 2-3/8″ deep, and one measuring 2″ wide and 7/8″ deep.
The large bolts have the following measurements:

Four Panel Door in Mahogany
Four Panel Door in Mahogany. These doors come in 7' or 8' tall. The 8' doors can be trimmed to 7'5" tall. The 7' doors can be trimmed to 6'7" tall. The widths range from 18" wide to 36" wide in each height. The thickness of these doors is 1-3/8". These doors are sold as unfinished slabs, without bores or mortises. They do not come prehung or pre finished. They are stain grade, but can be painted if desired. The stiles of the doors are engineered mahogany to prevent warping and checking. There is a 1/4" Mahogany veneer on the stiles and rails, the panels are solid Mahogany. The images show the doors installed with a finish, they do not come pre finished. These items are too large to ship using UPS, therefore we do not sell them directly through the website. Iron Victorian Pull Handle
The iron Victorian pull handle is made of cast iron and powder coated in a black finish. The back plate measures 18" x 3-1/2" at the tallest and widest points (3" wide at the narrowest point). the pull handle itself is 13-1/2" from tip of finial to tip of finial and projects 3-3/8" from the surface of the door. This pull would be impressive on a set of barn doors, on a double door, or used as a hand towel bar in your kitchen or bath.

Large Henry Lips Original Stained Glass
We have Three of these Large Henry Lips Original Stained Glass pieces. They are framed in reclaimed cypress and measure approximately 28" x 77" x 1-3/8" each. These are signed A Henry Lips 11-1-80 in the corner, please see supplemental image.
The Lips family has been in the stained glass business in New Orleans for many years. Multiple family members create beautiful pieces of art that hang in some of the most affluent homes in the south. Mr. Henry is still in business, handcrafting these beauties.
These two coordinate with two smaller pieces we have in a separate listing. There are nice complimentary blues and oranges as well as amber and a neutral opaque.

Long New York Formal Bench
The Long New York Formal Bench measures 60″ wide at the front, 50-1/2″ wide at the rear, 15-1/2″ deep, with a 17" tall seat, and 36″ tall rear.
The bench is made of cast aluminum, and is sold without a finish. The cast aluminum is silver in color. We suggest you paint it. The image shows the bench painted black but is not indicative of how it is sold.

Rustic Iron Pull Handle
The rustic iron pull handle is made from cast iron and powder coated in a black finish. It measures 9-5/16" x 1-1/2" at the rear and projects 2-1/2" from the surface of the door. It has an offset handle - going slightly to the left or right of the back plates- depending how you mount it. It can be used vertically or horizontally. We have even had clients use these as hand towel bars in their bathrooms and kitchens.

Short New York Formal Bench
The Short New York Formal Bench measures 44″ wide at the front, 35″ wide at the rear, 15-1/2″ deep, with a 17" tall seat, and 34-1/2″ tall rear.
The bench is made of cast aluminum, and is sold without a finish. The cast aluminum is silver in color. We suggest you paint it. The image shows the bench painted black but is not indicative of how it is sold.

Small Henry Lips Original Stained Glass
We have two of these Small Henry Lips Original Stained Glass pieces. They are framed in reclaimed cypress and measure approximately 28" x 51-3/4" x 1-3/8" each. These are signed A Henry Lips 11-1-80 in the corner, please see supplemental image.
The Lips family has been in the stained glass business in New Orleans for many years. Multiple family members create beautiful pieces of art that hang in some of the most affluent homes in the south. Mr. Henry is still in business, handcrafting these beauties.
These two coordinate with three larger pieces we have in a separate listing, and by no means are they small. There are nice complimentary blues and oranges as well as amber and a neutral opaque.
