Shutter Catches. These typically mount at the bottom of the shutter and latch to the sill of the window. These can only be used when you can open your window and access the rear of your shutters. The set comes with one latch an one catch, you will need two sets for each pair of shutters. Both pieces are made of cast iron. Iron Window Y's are used when the sash no longer stays up on it's own due to damaged or missing sash weights and balances. They mount to the jamb at about the level you want your window open and with a loose screw will pivot in or out of the way of the sash. The bottom of the sash is held up by the v shaped section, with the short end facing the exterior of the home.
The Y measures 2-5/8" long, 2" at it's widest point, and 1/4" thick. It is made of cast iron and painted white.

The latch is operated by pulling up on the loop at the top. (one of our clients suggests mounting a hook to the top of a broom stick to avoid getting on a stool.) The latch measures 2-1/8" wide, 1-1/4" tall, and 5/8" deep (with the loop standing 1-3/8" deep). The strike plate measures 1-3/4" wide, 1-1/2" deep, and mortises 1-3/4" x 3/4"x 3/16" into the jamb. Brass Eastlake Pull measures 4-1/4" tall, 1-5/8" wide, and 1" deep.
Iron Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and two different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and one meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).

6 Inch Shutter Pull. These pulls are usually located on the inner stile of a shutter in order to close it from inside of your window. The handle is done in a bail style and folds away to a 1/4" profile when not in use. These do not come with screws. The rear plate is steel and the handle is cast iron. They come powder coated in a matte black finish.

Two bolts would be needed to properly hold the door in place and prevent warping. These specific bolts are used when you do not want to see hardware when your doors are closed, achieving a cleaner, more modern look. the bolt measures 3/4" wide, 8" tall and 1-3/8" deep. Each bolt comes with a strike plate measuring 3/4"deep and 1-3/8" wide.
Small Brass Door Bolts can be used for interior doors that require a locking function (ex. bathrooms or bedrooms) where the door is flush with the casing. This bolt measures 3-3/4" long and 1-3/8" wide, stands 1-1/4" tall from the surface of the door, and throws 10/16". The keeper measures 7/8" long and 1-1/4" tall.
