Brass Eastlake Pull
Brass Eastlake Pull measures 4-1/4" tall, 1-5/8" wide, and 1" deep.
Solid Brass Beaded Oval Knobs and Plates Set. This set mimics what would be found in some of the Creole homes in and around New Orleans. Cast out of solid brass and polished to a mirror finish, lacquered to prevent immediate tarnishing. It translates nicely when modernizing and updating an older home while trying to maintain the small details that make an older home so appealing. The set comes with two back plates, two knobs, a shaft that connects the two knobs with set screws, and two set screws. These will not work with predrilled doors, but can be made into “dummy knobs” (call for price). This set does not come with any locking or latching device.

Embossed Iron Steeple Top Hinges 4" x 4" are sold in pairs of two (one hinge shown in images). These are made of cast iron and painted semi-gloss black. The pin is removable for ease of hanging. There is embossing on the face of the hinge and the reveal on the side of the hinge. The pattern of the embossing is in a linear Eastlake Victorian style.
Solid Brass Broken Leaf Door Knobs and Plates Set. Originally patented in 1887 by Lockwood Manufacturing Company, the “Broken Leaf” pattern was widely used at the end of the Victorian era, a style that has come to be known as Eastlake. We have interpreted the original design into a lovely set of solid cast brass hardware. The set is composed of two back plates, two slip on knobs, a shaft that connects the two knobs by set screws, and two set screws. This set will not work for predrilled doors, nor can it be made into “dummy knobs”. They do not come with any latch or locking device.
The plates measure 1-1/2″ x 5-5/16″

Solid Brass Ball Bearing Hinges - ball finial in multiple sizes
These hinges are made from solid brass, polished to a high shine and lacquered to prevent immediate tarnishing. The ball bearing helps to prevent the solid brass hinge from wearing down when used on heavier doors. They are sold as pairs (two hinges per package) and come with screws.
Two sizes are available, 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" and 4"x 4". Both sizes feature five knuckles with two ball bearings. 3-1/2" hinges have three screw holes per side, while 4" hinges have four.
12 Inch Steel Strap Hinge includes hinge and pintal. These heavy steel hinges have no offset, but can be bent to accommodate most offsets. We suggest priming and painting these before installation. You may use these on the left or right shutter. This product can be installed using a drill.
The exact measurements of the hinge itself are 12-1/2" long, 1-1/2" wide at widest point, tapers to 3/4" at the end.
The pintal measures 3-3/8" tall, 1-1/2" wide, and projects 1" from the back of the plate to the center of the pintal itself.
Large Brass Door Bolts can be used for interior doors that require a locking function (ex. bathrooms or bedrooms) where the door is flush with the casing. This bolt measures 6-1/8″ long and 1-1/2″ wide, stands 1-1/2″ tall from the surface of the door, and throws 1-5/8″. The keeper measures 1-1/4″ long and 1-1/2″ tall.
Brass Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and three different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and two meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).
The latch's back plate measures 2-1/16" tall, 1-5/16" wide and projects 2" from the surface of the window. The surface mount keeper measures 2" tall, 9/16" wide and projects 7/8" from the surface of the window. The first mortised keeper measures 2-1/8" tall, a total of 1-3/4" deep, and mortises 1" x 1/8" into the jamb and the second mortised keeper measures 5/8" x 2-3/8" x 1/16".
8 Inch Iron Foot Bolt is most often used on a double door application and secures the stationary door at the bottom, it is highly recommended for use with a head bolt (or top bolt) to prevent warping. The bolt measures 9-1/4″ tall and the rear plate measures 1-7/8″ wide by 5-1/2″ tall. The bolt tongue measures 1-1/16″ when activated, and is 3/4″ wide. The bolt comes with two different keepers, one used when the threshold extends well past the door and can be mortised into, and one used when the threshold does not extend much past the door. It is important to note that in order to operate the bolt properly it must only be pulled up or down with your hand, never forward away from the surface of the door, or operated with your foot (this action would put stress on the weld that attaches the arm to the bolt).
Embossed kick bolts- available in two sizes and two finishes
The embossed kick bolts in the brass finish are made from solid, cast brass. The embossed kick bolts in the powder coated black are made from cast iron. These embossed kick bolts are designed to go at the bottom of the stationary door, shutter, or window when there are pairs of doors, shutters, or windows. We highly recommend you use these with a chain bolt (or top bolt) to prevent warping of your door.

10 Inch Shutter Slide Bolt. These slide bolts are meant to mount to a pair of shutters in the space between the shutter and the window and function to fasten the shutters during a storm. The back plate, keeper, and straps are made of steel and the bolt itself is made of cast iron. They are powder coated in a glossy black finish.
They do not come with screws.

The Baton Rouge Line Door combines clean lines with classic style. These doors are made from Mahogany with engineered stiles. We manufacture them with two different glass lengths in multiple sizes. The glass is clear, flat, and tempered; a single sheet of 1/4 inch glass. These are sold in a 7' height but can be trimmed to 78" tall in height if desired. Four Panel Door in Mahogany. These doors come in 7' or 8' tall. The 8' doors can be trimmed to 7'5" tall. The 7' doors can be trimmed to 6'7" tall. The widths range from 18" wide to 36" wide in each height. The thickness of these doors is 1-3/8". These doors are sold as unfinished slabs, without bores or mortises. They do not come prehung or pre finished. They are stain grade, but can be painted if desired. The stiles of the doors are engineered mahogany to prevent warping and checking. There is a 1/4" Mahogany veneer on the stiles and rails, the panels are solid Mahogany. The images show the doors installed with a finish, they do not come pre finished. Iron Window Y's are used when the sash no longer stays up on it's own due to damaged or missing sash weights and balances. They mount to the jamb at about the level you want your window open and with a loose screw will pivot in or out of the way of the sash. The bottom of the sash is held up by the v shaped section, with the short end facing the exterior of the home.
The Y measures 2-5/8" long, 2" at it's widest point, and 1/4" thick. It is made of cast iron and painted white.
