Iron Knuckle Sash Lock
Iron Knuckle Sash Lock is meant for use with double hung windows. The lock comes with two pieces, the latching part, and the receiver which gets overlapped. These were found on most double hung sashes in New Orleans that predated the 1910's. The base of the latching part measures 1-7/8" x 13/16". The base of the receiver measures 1-7/8" x 3/4". It is made of cast iron and painted black.

Solid Brass Exterior Lorraine Knobs and Plates Set
Solid Brass Exterior Lorraine Door Knobs and Plates Set. Originally patented in 1905 by PF Corbin the “Lorraine” pattern was used at the end of the Victorian era and well into the Craftsman period. We have interpreted the original design into a lovely set of solid cast brass hardware. The set is composed of two back plates, two slip on knobs (one large one for the exterior, and one small one for the interior), a shaft that connects the two knobs by set screws, and two set screws. This set will work for predrilled doors, and is customizable below to suit your needs.
The plates measure 2-3/4″ x 10-7/8″
The exterior knob measures 2-1/2″ in diameter and projects 2-1/2" from the surface of the door

8 Inch Steel Strap Hinge
8 Inch Steel Strap Hinge includes hinge and pintal. These heavy steel hinges have no offset, but can be bent to accommodate most offsets. We suggest priming and painting these before installation. You may use these on the left or right shutter. This product can be installed using a drill.
The exact measurements of the hinge itself are 8" long, 1-3/4" wide at widest point, tapers to 1/2" at the end.
The pintal measures 4-3/4" tall, 1-3/8" wide, and projects 1" from the back of the plate to the center of the pintal itself.

Rustic Iron Pull Handle
The rustic iron pull handle is made from cast iron and powder coated in a black finish. It measures 9-5/16" x 1-1/2" at the rear and projects 2-1/2" from the surface of the door. It has an offset handle - going slightly to the left or right of the back plates- depending how you mount it. It can be used vertically or horizontally. We have even had clients use these as hand towel bars in their bathrooms and kitchens.

5 Panel Interior Doors
5 Panel Interior Doors come in two main varieties:
Raised Panel- The panels are raised on both sides, and are mainly solid cypress doors.
Raised 5 Panel Door
Flat Panel- The panels are flat with either a shaker stile or a stepped profile stile. These doors can be cypress, but they are more common in fir with plywood panels.
Flat 5 Panel
Five panel doors typically come in widths from 26″ wide to 34″ wide, although we do have some others in odd widths. The heights typically start around 79″ and go to 84″, although we do have some in odd heights. They range in thickness from 1″ to 1-3/4″.
Most of our doors are made of cypress. They are antique, used doors and will have holes, blemishes and other imperfections. We do offer refurbishment at an additional cost that depends on what needs to be done to the specific door.

Antique Stewart Iron Works Wrought Iron Gate
Antique Stewart Iron Works Wrought Iron Gate
This gate, manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio by the Stewart Ironworks Company, measures 37" wide with the mounting hardware and primitive latch, or 31-1/2" wide as just the gate. It measures 52" tall at the center, and 42" tall at the sides. It needs a weld at the bottom right corner, the top finial is slightly bent, and may need some bondo work at the top left, but is otherwise in great shape for its age. There is a great makers plaque at the center, pictured in the gallery of images. The primitive latch is still functioning. The gate comes with the portion of the hinge that bolts to your fence post and the rod that attaches your gate to the hinge. The iron details on this gate are exquisite. 3 Foot Gate
Our 3 foot gate is made from flat steel, hollow steel, and cast iron components. The gate comes with two hollow steel posts, with lift off style hinges included. With each gate you get to choose your finial style- either the spear finial (which matches our loop and spear fencing), or the Fleur de Lis finial. An image of each finial can be seen in the image gallery above. We do not always have these in stock, but we would be happy to order either style for you. If you are coordinating these with our loop and spear fencing, the 3 foot gate looks best with the 2 foot or the 3 foot tall fencing.

Number 16 Summerfront
Number 16 summerfront comes in two pieces, the frame and the insert. These were used at the opening of the fireplace; with the frame being permanently attached to the face of the brick, and the insert balanced within the frame. They were made for when the fireplace was not in use, where the insert would be in place to not only make the opening look more attractive, but to prevent critters from getting into the home. These are newly made from 100% recycled Aluminum.

Cast out of solid brass and polished to a mirror finish, lacquered to prevent immediate tarnishing. It translates nicely when modernizing and updating an older home while trying to maintain the small details that make an older home so appealing. The set comes with two back plates, two knobs, a shaft that connects the two knobs with set screws, and two set screws. These will not work with predrilled doors, and can not be made into “dummy knobs”. This set does not come with any locking or latching device.
