The Church Street post mount lantern is hand made in the united states. Made of solid copper with brass fittings, these lanterns are handmade items and can take up to five weeks for delivery. Several options are available: Finish: Copper (standard), Bronze, or Black Function: Electric with one, two, or three lights; or gas with one, two or three burners. (Gas fixtures are for natural gas service only, please call for LP)

Clark Tip Left Shutter Hinge. For a face mount application when mortising a hinge is not an option. Left Hinges mount on the right side of the window when looking at the window from the exterior. These work well with use on brick homes or homes with wood casing. They are made from cast iron. We suggest you prime and paint these before installation, and screw them in by hand, not with a drill.

These do not come with screws.

The 84" tall doors can be trimmed in height to 79". The 90" doors can be trimmed in height to 87". They are available in the following sizes.

Custom Victorian Cottage Door

Sometimes clients come in and need to match an existing item as exactly as possible. This client's front door was destroyed when a contractor had the paint removed improperly. Being that the house sat on one of the historic, Oak tree lined main streets here in New Orleans; and combined with the fact that the door was an odd size; this door could not be replaced with something off of the shelf. We created this beauty using the client's original Leaded Glass insert- which had to be completely rebuilt- Brazilian Mahogany, and antique cypress for the applique. This door was not inexpensive, but we can work within your budget in most cases and create something unique for your property. Please contact us for any of your replacement needs.
