Iron Parliament Hinge with Five and Three Quarter Inch Offset measures a total of 7-7/8″ wide and 2-7/8″ tall. It mortises into the door or jamb 1-1/16″ x 2-7/8″ and has a throw of 5-3/4″ when open. The pin on the hinge is removable making it function as either a right or left hand swing.
Iron Oval Pull measures 1-3/4" tall, 1-1/8" wide, and 1-1/2" deep. It mounts with an attached wood screw.
Iron Ornate Fleur de Lis Bin Pull measures 4-1/4" wide, 1-1/2" tall, and 3/4" deep. The screw holes measure 2-3/4" center to center. They are painted black.
Iron Lion Door Knocker back plate measures 3-5/8" wide and 4-1/4" tall. The overall height is 5-7/8". The strike plate is 1-3/4" in diameter. The knocker and strike plate attach to your door with one machine style bolt each, that extends through the rear of your door.
Iron Knuckle Sash Lock is meant for use with double hung windows. The lock comes with two pieces, the latching part, and the receiver which gets overlapped. These were found on most double hung sashes in New Orleans that predated the 1910's. The base of the latching part measures 1-7/8" x 13/16". The base of the receiver measures 1-7/8" x 3/4". It is made of cast iron and painted black.
Iron Casement Stay is made to secure casement windows in either a closed or open position. The Maximum throw is 10-1/2". These are meant for use in an outswing application only.
Iron Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and two different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and one meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).
The latch's back plate measures 2-1/8" tall, 1-1/4" wide and projects 2" from the surface of the window. The surface mount keeper measures 2" tall, 9/16" wide and projects 7/8" from the surface of the window. The mortised keeper measures 2-1/8" tall, a total of 1-3/4" deep, and mortises 1" x 1/8" into the jamb.
Iron Beaded Oval Knobs and Plates Set. This set mimics what would be found in some of the Creole homes in and around New Orleans. Cast out of iron and powder coated in a matte black finish. It translates nicely when modernizing and updating an older home while trying to maintain the small details that make an older home so appealing. The set comes with two back plates, two knobs, a shaft that connects the two knobs with set screws, and two set screws. These will not work with predrilled doors, but can be made into "dummy knobs" (call for price). This set does not come with any locking or latching device.

Iron Bat door Knocker measures 2-3/4" wide, 9-1/8" tall and projects 1-5/8" from the surface of your door. It attaches to your door with two wood screws. This knocker is a replica of a knocker from one of Mr. Ricca's properties on the corner of Burgundy and Governor Nicholls streets.
Iron Arched Bin Pull measures 4" wide, 1-5/8" tall, and 1/2" deep. They are powder-coated black.

Goodyear Tires Sign. Late 1930's early 1940's porcelain sign with blue background and bold, yellow print. The sign shows its age with several dings and dents.

Garden District summerfront comes in two pieces, the frame and the insert. These were used at the opening of the fireplace; with the frame being permanently attached to the face of the brick (or with this style, the face of a cast iron or stone mantle), and the insert balanced within the frame. They were made for when the fireplace was not in use, where the insert would be in place to not only make the opening look more attractive, but to prevent critters from getting into the home. These are newly made from 100% recycled Aluminum.

Four Tier Swan Fountain is made from cast aluminum, with an extruded aluminum pipe running up the center. The fountain comes unpainted, and with some seams bondoed. Four Panel Door in Mahogany. These doors come in 7' or 8' tall. The 8' doors can be trimmed to 7'5" tall. The 7' doors can be trimmed to 6'7" tall. The widths range from 18" wide to 36" wide in each height. The thickness of these doors is 1-3/8". These doors are sold as unfinished slabs, without bores or mortises. They do not come prehung or pre finished. They are stain grade, but can be painted if desired. The stiles of the doors are engineered mahogany to prevent warping and checking. There is a 1/4" Mahogany veneer on the stiles and rails, the panels are solid Mahogany. The images show the doors installed with a finish, they do not come pre finished. These items are too large to ship using UPS, therefore we do not sell them directly through the website.
