Antique Doors
Most of our doors are made of cypress. If they are antique, please keep in mind these are used doors and will have holes, blemishes and other imperfections. We do offer refurbishment at an additional cost that depends on what needs to be done to the specific door.
Antique T panel doors come in widths from 28″ wide to 34″ wide, although we do have some others in odd widths. The height starts around 76″, and up to 84″ normally we do have some in odd heights. The thickness ranges from 1″ to 1-1/2″.
Five panel doors typically come in widths from 26″ wide to 34″ wide, although we do have some others in odd widths. The heights typically start around 79″ and go to 84″, although we do have some in odd heights. They range in thickness from 1″ to 1-3/4″.
Four panel doors typically come in widths from 30″ wide to 34″ wide, although we do have some others in odd widths. The heights typically start around 79″ and go to 90″, although we do have some in odd heights. They range in thickness from 1″ to 1-1/2″.
New Doors
We offer a variety of sizes and styles when it comes to new doors:
9 Light marginal doors are available in both 6’8″ and 8’0″ heights. These doors are made of Mahogany and feature beveled, tempered glass. These are sold as slabs only and do not come prehung. It is important to note that if you are ordering pairs of sidelights – each listing is for a single slab, so you will need to order two slabs to make a pair.
The Baton Rouge line combines clean lines with classic style. These doors are made from Mahogany with engineered stiles. We manufacture them with two different glass lengths in multiple sizes. The glass is clear, flat, and tempered. these are sold in a 7′ height but can be trimmed to 78″ tall in height if desired. The first glass length is 48″ with a shorter panel.
There are four distinct styles in our Classic Cottage door line: The Eastlake, The Diamond, The Wheat, and the Twin Lite. Each style is manufactured in Mahogany with engineered stiles and rails. The 84″ tall doors can be trimmed in height to 79″. The 90″ doors can be trimmed in height to 87″. They are available in the following sizes.
Ricca’s new Mahogany French doors come in four sizes. We offer them with solid mahogany stiles and rails or engineered stiles and rails. They are only available with clear, flat glass. Jambs and astrigals are not included. We offer 7’ T astrigals for $60.00 and 8’ T astrigals for $75.00. Please call 504 488 5524 for availability of the T astrigals. These are too large to ship with UPS but if you call the number above we would be happy to provide you with a freight quote.
Four Panel Door in Mahogany. These doors come in 7′ or 8′ tall. The 8′ doors can be trimmed to 7’5″ tall. The 7′ doors can be trimmed to 6’7″ tall. The widths range from 18″ wide to 36″ wide in each height. The thickness of these doors is 1-3/8″. These doors are sold as unfinished slabs, without bores or mortises. They do not come prehung or pre finished. They are stain grade, but can be painted if desired. The stiles of the doors are engineered mahogany to prevent warping and checking. There is a 1/4″ Mahogany veneer on the stiles and rails, the panels are solid Mahogany. The images show the doors installed with a finish, they do not come pre finished. These items are too large to ship using UPS, therefore we do not sell them directly through the website.
