1920's Crystal 5 Arm Chandelier
This 1920's Crystal 5 Arm Chandelier has been cleaned and rewired and is ready to hang. It features Pendalogue crystals at the top and tear drop crystals hanging from the baubaches. There are five arms that take a standard base lamp (no greater than 40 watts each). The five shades are original to the fixture, one is cracked. You can choose to leave them on, or hang it without them.

3 Foot Gate
Our 3 foot gate is made from flat steel, hollow steel, and cast iron components. The gate comes with two hollow steel posts, with lift off style hinges included. With each gate you get to choose your finial style- either the spear finial (which matches our loop and spear fencing), or the Fleur de Lis finial. An image of each finial can be seen in the image gallery above. We do not always have these in stock, but we would be happy to order either style for you. If you are coordinating these with our loop and spear fencing, the 3 foot gate looks best with the 2 foot or the 3 foot tall fencing.

Raised Panel Doors- The most common of the four panel styles, has four raised panels.

Flat Panel With Applied Molding- The oldest of the four panel styles, features four flat panels with molding applied to both sides of the door framing the panels.

6 Arm Italian Brass and Crystal Chandelier
This 6 Arm Italian Brass and Crystal Chandelier is rewired and ready to hang. It features six brass arms, with genuine Beeswax candle covers, wired for chandelier base lamps (no greater than 40 watts each). It was probably manufactured between 1920 and 1935. It has crystal tear drops which refract the light perfectly. There is a crystal spear at the center of the fixture as well as a crystal ball at the bottom. This chandelier has brass acanthus leaves and scrolls.
The measurements are as follows:

43″ of chain and canopy
The bottom of this chandelier would hang 76″ from the ceiling, perfect for 12′ or 14′ ceilings.

Antique Stewart Iron Works Wrought Iron Gate
This gate, manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio by the Stewart Ironworks Company, measures 37" wide with the mounting hardware and primitive latch, or 31-1/2" wide as just the gate. It measures 52" tall at the center, and 42" tall at the sides. It needs a weld at the bottom right corner, the top finial is slightly bent, and may need some bondo work at the top left, but is otherwise in great shape for its age. There is a great makers plaque at the center, pictured in the gallery of images. The primitive latch is still functioning. The gate comes with the portion of the hinge that bolts to your fence post and the rod that attaches your gate to the hinge. The iron details on this gate are exquisite. This vintage Black Chandelier with Crystal Pendalogues has been rewired and is ready to hang. It has six lights that take candelabra base lamps (maximum of 40 watts each). The Pendalogues are vintage and are in four sizes- 50mm, 70mm, 80mm and 105mm. There is nice fern and pineapple details on the body of this chandelier.

Brass Casement Sash Latch comes with the latch, and three different keepers (one meant for use with a pair of casements which is surface mount and two meant for use with a single casement which mortises into the jamb).
The latch's back plate measures 2-1/16" tall, 1-5/16" wide and projects 2" from the surface of the window. The surface mount keeper measures 2" tall, 9/16" wide and projects 7/8" from the surface of the window. The first mortised keeper measures 2-1/8" tall, a total of 1-3/4" deep, and mortises 1" x 1/8" into the jamb and the second mortised keeper measures 5/8" x 2-3/8" x 1/16".

The back plate of the keeper measures 2-3/8" x 7/8" and is a total of 3/4" tall. The back plate of the moving part of the latch measures 2-3/8" x 1-1/8". The arm measures 3-1/4" x 1".

Brass Flush Bolt
Brass Flush Bolt is used with double door sets on the stationary panel and mortises into the margin of the door at the top and bottom of the door. Two bolts would be needed to properly hold the door in place and prevent warping. These specific bolts are used when you do not want to see hardware when your doors are closed, achieving a cleaner, more modern look. the bolt measures 3/4" wide, 8" tall and 1-3/8" deep. Each bolt comes with a strike plate measuring 3/4"deep and 1-3/8" wide.

These were found on most double hung sashes in New Orleans that predated the 1910's. The base of the latching part measures 1-7/8" x 13/16". The base of the receiver measures 1-7/8" x 3/4". It is made of solid brass.
